Non- Surgical Facelift Fotona 4D
Fotona 4D is a series of synergistic, non-invasive laser treatments of both the exterior face and interior oral cavity, enabling full-thickness contraction of collagen for persistent tightening and volumization (wrinkle reduction) without injectables.
The four "dimensions" of Fotona4D
1- SmoothLiftin
The first step involves an intra-oral treatment which targets volume through a process called collagen induction along the nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionnette lines, upper and lower lips. The effects are an overall improvement of tightness and elasticity of the skin along with a plumping effect..
2- FRAC3
The second step involves the targeted treatment of specific, deeper imperfections in the skin like spots and vascular components using a fractional laser. This is fast, effective and will help restore youthful texture.
3- PIANO
The third stage of Fotona 4D involves heating the skin safely and rapidly from the outside in by concentrating energy delivery subcutaneously. This is done using a brushing technique and provides an outstanding tightening effect for areas experiencing skin laxity.
4- SupErficial™
The Final stage is like a polishing effect for your skin. The treatment removes dead skin cells to reveal the brighter, healthier tissue below and provides that noticeable “flow” to your skin.
5- Optional add ons include Smooth Eye resurfacing of the upper and lower eyelids to give tighten and lift to the eyelid tissue and/or LipLase lip resurfacing treatment to give volume and smoothness to the upper and lower lips.
We recommend a series of 3 or 4 Fotona 4d laser facelift sessions, separated by 1 month. Results are optimized by preparing your skin with 1 or 2 of our Silk Peel Dermalinfusion treatments prior to your first Laser Facelift session.
The treatment has minimal downtime, with mild redness to the skin for 24 hours. You can return to work immediately.

Fotona Deep Frac
TwinLight® Fractional Rejuvenation is a simple 3-step procedure optimized to significantly improve skin smoothness and give it a fresher, healthier look. The deep heating effect of Fotona’s Nd:YAG laser beam helps rejuvenate and stimulate the skin, while the Er:YAG beam helps the body to form new, tighter skin.
Step 1 - Conditioning: A brief stimulus is first delivered to the skin, and then the tissue is penetrated, causing deep heating and conditioning the skin for effective fractional treatment therapy.
Step 2 - Fractional Therapy: Old, worn skin is removed with a fractional laser. The precise microablated channels will be replaced with new, tighter, healthier tissue as new skin forms.
Step 3 - Peeling: The skin is ablated with a full beam of light, which completes the treatment and removes surface blemishes.
